Half-Board

Prices are in Euros per person, per day, and on a half board basis, extensive cold and hot buffet-breakfast, lunch or dinner, plus free use of the Hotel's Fitness Club.

Supplementary visitors tax 1 € / day from 13 years old.

Christmas and New Year's dinners are included on a half-board basis.

Special concessions for children who are accommodated in the same room as adults (except for room with annexe- family room) :
• Children until 6 years are free of charge (maximum 2 children per room - extra beds).
• Children from 7-12 years will receive a reduction of 60 % on the price per person in a double room.
• Children from 13 -16 years will receive a reduction of 40 % on the price per person in a double room.

Single occupancy supplementary charge:
Periods " A " & " B ": 20 €.
Periods " C " & " D ": 30 €.
Period "E ": 40 €.

Guests enjoying the half-board option have the choice between our three restaurants:traditional restaurant "Le Val Thorens", regional specialities' restaurant "La Fondue" and our gastronomic "Le Bellevillois" restaurant with exquisite food. Guests on a half board basis have a credit of 15 € per person in "Le Bellevillois".

Points to note

Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to confirm the number or the floor of your room before your arrival.

We regret that pets are not allowed in the hotel.

For bed & breakfast basis, please deduct 14 € per person from the half board prices.

For all confirmed reservations a deposit of 30 % of the total amount of your stay will be required. The deposit will be deducted from your bill at the end of your stay.

Cancellations:

Only written cancellations by letter, fax or email are accepted. Cancellations prior to one month of arrival will incur a 40 € charge. If cancellation is received less than one month prior to arrival, all payments received are non-refundable in the event that the rooms are not re-booked.

We strongly recommend that all guests ensure that their travel insurance covers holiday cancellation or curtailment, as all curtailed and shortened holidays will be charged in full.

Parking

Please be advised that parking is restricted in Val Thorens and it is obligatory to use one of the resorts covered or outdoor car parks during your stay.

We advise guests to take advantage of the favorable rates offered on the Valthoparc's website: http://www.valthoparc.com prior to arrival in resort.
Guests may also book car parking via our staff at the hotel reception when confirming the reservation.

"All-inclusive"
package deal

Above rates are per person per week in Euros.

Our "All-Inclusive Package Deal" includes:

• 7 days half board (room, extensive cold and hot buffet-breakfast, lunch or dinner).
• 6 days skilift pass for "VAL THORENS" area.
• Free entrance to the Hotel Fitness Club (whirlpool, sauna, relaxation room...)

For children under 16 years, prices are available upon request.

Single occupancy supplementary charge:

Periods " A ", " B " & "C": 140 €.
Periods " D" & " E " : 210 €.

Visitor's tax 7 € per person / week not included.
